After studying neuropsychology and organizational psychology, I knew I wanted to immerse myself in the business of organizational development. After helping to build and sell a boutique consulting firm, Bionic, in the growth and innovation space to Accenture in 2021, I set upon a new mission: create a future where every individual and team reaches their full potential, creating lasting success in the ever-evolving landscape of work.
While at Bionic, I spent a decade helping businesses go on the offense and adapt their culture, business models, and products in times of disruption. Passionate about creating truly adaptive organizations that stand the test of time, I believe that the work starts and hinges on the ability to unlock individual evolution. I've helped numerous Fortune 500companies - including P&G, Target, Johnson & Johnson, LVMH, Mars, Nike, and J.M. Smucker transform their organizations through the introduction of new mindsets, skills, and tools required for a permanent growth capability.
As a leadership coach and growth and strategy consultant, I help leaders and organizations evolve. At the individual level, I help clients deepen their understanding and awareness of mindsets and behaviors that are counterproductive to achieving their goals and develop strategies for building new habits. On the organizational side, I introduce new structures, tools, and leadership practices to increase team performance, belonging, safety, purpose, and effective ways of working.
